Thesis: The characterization of an oligopeptide family of transporters in Arabidopsis.

Nanditha completed her Bachelors and Masters degree in Agricultural Sciences specializing on Plant Biotechnology prior to joining Plant Biology at Cornell. She was earlier associated with Department of Science and Technology research projects on CDPK and plant transformation at Rajiv Gandhi Center for Biotechnology, India. Her research interests include molecular mechanism of stress resistance in plants and signaling pathways. Nanditha joined the Vatamamiuk lab in 2011 and is working on the characterization of an oligopeptide family of transporters (OPTs) in Arabidopsis.
